Gorgeously green pumpkin seeds are roasted gently to bring out their flavour then ground to a smooth paste with just a sprinkling of sea salt.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, free from trans fats and hydrogenated oils, free from artificial colourings, preservatives and flavourings, free from refined sugar.
Not suitable for peanut, tree nut or sesame allergy sufferers
Use: Mix with herbs and garlic and stir into pasta, mash into avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice and spread onto a thick slice of toasted sourdough, add to soups, stews, shakes and smoothies
Storage: No need to refrigerate, store in a cool, dry place, once open eat within 3 months. Oil separation is natural, just give me a stir!
