Small batch, luxury organic brewing cacao (ca-cow). Lovingly roasted and ground by us, and brewed by you! It's not coffee. We follow the same concept, but instead of coffee beans, we carefully roast and grind organic cacao beans for brewing.

Using premium quality, organic Guatemalan cacao beans sourced from the jungle region of Alta Verapaz. The nature of our single-origin roast means that we only have a limited supply of beans from this region. Once they're gone, they're gone! Expect espresso and blackberry flavour notes.

Brewing recommendations: 1. Add 2tbsp cacao to a cafetière 2. Pour 200ml of boiling water over the cacao 3. Leave for 6-8 minutes, stirring halfway through brewing time 4. Plunge, pour, drink and enjoy! Enjoy 'black' with nothing added or add milk and your sweetener of choice.

Zero waste: You can use the leftover brewed grounds in some of your favourite recipes. Store the brewed grounds in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week and add to porridge, banana breads etc.
