Box of 6. These large, hearty muffins are packed full of nutritious whole foods, plant based protein and heathy fats. A perfect grab and go breakfast or snack. Made with chia seeds, oats, olive oil, and sweetened with organic coconut sugar and banana they’re not only Vegan but gluten free and refined sugar free. Made with my own gluten free flour blend they’re Fodmap friendly, free from additives and gums and gentle on digestion .
Ingredients: Oats, chia seeds, olive oil, organic coconut sugar, banana, brown rice flour, tapioca, sea salt , gluten free baking powder.
Additional flavours contain bitter dark chocolate chips (callebaut) and/or espresso, vanilla, spice mix of cinnamon and cardamom.
Suitable for freezing. Shelf life - 5 days kept in an airtight container (with the classic spiced banana flavour ,the banana on top may start to spoil after a couple days if room temperature is too warm) Can be kept in the fridge but best enjoyed at room temperature. Freezer - well wrapped 1 month.
